    Bacony Hot Chips

    Take hot chips to the next level!

    Prep time: 10 mins
    Cook time: 30 mins
    Serves: 2

    Ingredients:

    Vegan Bacon Mayo:

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
    2. Cut potatoes into 1 cm thick chips.
    3. Place in bowl and toss with oil and a pinch of salt.
    4. Transfer chips to a lined baking tray, leaving a small gap between each chip. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
    5. To make the bacon mayo, mix bacon seasoning and vegan mayo together in a small bowl.
    6. Sprinkle baked chips with Deliciou Bacon Seasoning, toss, then serve immediately with your homemade Deliciou bacon mayo.
